ecosiaNew search engines continue to fascinate the world Ecosia Internet. In addition to offering search, this site helps save the rain forests of Brazil and fight global warming.

But 80 percent of revenues this site will go to the World Wildlife Fund to protect the rain forest.

Ecosia officially launched on Monday to coincide with the start of the world about the climate talks in Copenhagen.

“Ecosia must be green in the world of search engines,” said WWF.

“Any search by a Ecosia will protect tropical forests, so by making Ecosia your search engine, you can really help the environment.”

“Thanks to sponsored links, search engines generate billions of dollars every year,” says founder Christian Kroll Ecosia.

“Ecosia believe that there is more environmentally friendly and that the money should be better used to fight global warming.”

WWF estimates that during the year, Internet users who use Ecosia could protect the rain forest patch size of five basketball courts, or 2000 square meters.

Rain forest in Switzerland can be saved every year with the money generated by one per cent of world Internet users are turning to Ecosia.
